  • Welcome to Quest for Balance!

The stories are set in a typical global company. The central characters are STEM professionals. Whether or not you yourself are in STEM fields, we hope you will relate to the situations, characters and dilemmas they face as they work, lead and go about their lives. Woven into these stories are a conglomeration of lessons learned. Meanwhile we are mindful that there are no right or wrong answers, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
