    The stories are set in a typical global company. The central characters are STEM professionals. Whether or not you yourself are in STEM fields, we hope you will relate to the situations, characters and dilemmas they face as they work, lead and go about their lives. Woven into these stories are a conglomeration of lessons learned. Meanwhile we are mindful that there are no right or wrong answers, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Therefore, we will explore various leadership styles, impacts of decisions, cultural differences, philosophies, and practices.

Co-creator of Quest for Balance: Building and Leading Global STEM Teams, a storytelling initiative exploring the human side of scientific leadership through blogs, podcasts, and a forthcoming book. Christina Szabo is a scientific and people leader with 20+ years of global experience in R&D and analytical chemistry in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She volunteers with the United States Pharmacopeia and conducts independent research on benchtop NMR and method validation approaches. She believes that listening deeply and empowering thoughtfully are key to unlocking global team success.
